chocolatey you want it. (powder does not work as well.) |

Preparation:
Stir ingredients to make chocolate milk in a large clean mixer bowl.
It should look like a rich chocolate milk and taste too chocolatey.
You can always add more chocolate depending on your taste.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Do not use the mixer to whip the cream yet.
3 egg whites
3 Tablespoons of powdered sugar
In a small mixer bowl whip the egg whites gradually adding the powdered
sugar
until the egg whites are stiff.
Do not rinse the beater blades. Whip the chocolate and cream until it becomes
thick whipped cream. Fold the egg whites carefully into the chocolate
mixture.
Serve any way you like but if you want a nicer presentation use a pastry bag
to pipe it into miniature Phyllo or tart or chocolate cups. |
