Preparation:
1. Mix milk and coffee granules in glass mixing bowl; add marshmallows and chocolate chips.
2. Microwave on high (full power) just until boiling, about 1 to 2 minutes; stir until smooth.
3. Stir in almonds and brandy; cool.
4. Fold whipped topping gently into chocolate mixture; spoon into 8 paper-lined muffin cups.
5. Cover; freeze until firm.
6. Serve with additional whipped topping, if desired. |
