Preparation:
1. Mix crust ingredients together; press into 15 X 10inch pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes (crust will be very light colored).
2. Combine egg, sugar, flour and salt; beat together. Fold in rhubarb.
3. Spread filling mixture on hot crust; return to oven to bake 40-45 minutes longer.
4. Cool and cut into bars. |
