Preparation:
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. When done, drain thoroughly. Add the vegetables to the hot pasta in the cooking vessel. Allow the pasta and vegetables to stand, covered, for about 5 minutes to allow the heat of the pasta to lightly steam the vegetables.
2. Add the cottage cheese, garlic powder and oregano to the pasta just before serving. Place each serving on a dinner plate and top with heated sauce.
Makes one 4 servings, Less then 2 fat grams per serving
This dish can be served with sliced tomatoes, onions and cucumbers marinated in Italian dressing and garlic bread. |
