Preparation:
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender, but still firm to bite. Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and oregano and saute until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Add vodka. Boil until most of liquid evaporates. Add tomatoes and cream and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Add cheese and stir to melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain pasta. Transfer to large bowl. Add sauce and toss to coat.
