Preparation:
heat water to a boil arrange asparagus tips in a bamboo steamer place on top of boiling water and steam for 8 minutes remove from steamer, cool stir together sour cream and dill cover and chill for up to 7 days sprinkle asparagus with lemon juice arrange onto a serving platter spoon dill sauce lightly over tip end of stems, not over tips serve lightly chilled |
