Preparation:
Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm. Meanwhile, in medium nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat for 10 minutes or until not longer pink. Drain.
Add peppers; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until peppers are tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Serve sausage mixture over rigatoni. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
