Combine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; bring just to
boiling. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to hot sauce and cook until
thickened, stirring constantly. Serve hot. Makes approximately 3/4 cup
sauce.
