1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium Onion -- chopped
20 milliliters garlic -- minced
2 tablespoons parsley -- minced
4 cups plum tomatoes -- crushed
1/4 small green pepper -- chopped
 

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 45 minutes.
