Preparation:
1. Heat a large skillet, over a moderate flame. Add bacon, heat and stir for 1 minute. Add onions, heat and stir for 6-8 minutes, until onions are well softened and bacon is crisp.
2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 60 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, cool cover and chill, use as desired. |
