Ingredients:

5 teaspoons plum jam
1/4 cup apricot jam
3 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic puree
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon crushed red chiles
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame bring to a boil, reduce flame to low heat and stir until thickened remove from heat, cool serve at room temperature
