Preparation:
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water following package directions; drain
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg yolks. Combine with scallions, spinach, noodles, and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into noodle mixture. Pour into buttered, 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and serve. |
