Preparation:
Grease jelly roll pan. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs for 1 minute. Stir
in Bisquick, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into pan and bake until toothpick
comes out clean in center. Cool and then frost and refrigerate.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 T. milk
1/3 cup margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Beat until creamy, then add 2 cups powdered sugar. Bake cake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes before frosting. |
