Best Potato Soup

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups potato pearls
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation:

Heat margarine, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk to scalding. Stir in potato pearls; continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly. Slowly add chicken broth. (Soup should be consistency of heavy cream) Garnish each serving with paprika and parsley.
