Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In large bowl,combine soup,sour cream and hot
pepper sauce.Add potatoes and onions.Toss to coat well. In 8 x 12 inch
baking dish or 2 quart casserole,spoon potato mixture in even layer.Sprinkle
cheese on top.Bake for 50 minutes,or until potatoes are fork tender.Garnish
with fresh chives if desired |
