Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, whipped potatoes with electric mixer. Melt butter in small saucepan. Blend into potatoes. Add remaining ingredients, except topping, mix well. Pour potato mixture into 1 quart casserole.
In small bowl, mix together topping ingredients until well blended and crumbly. Sprinkle topping over potatoes. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, or until heated through and set. (Center will remain somewhat creamy) |
