Preparation:
In 3 quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil over high
heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until potatoes
are very tender; drain. Return potatoes to saucepan; mash potatoes with
Ragu
Cheese Creations!, parsley, salt and pepper.
We make these every year at Thanksgiving and they are really good, even the
kids like them.
