Tipsy Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 1/2	cups	cooked -- mashed sweet potatoes
4	tablespoons	butter -- soft
1/2	cup	firmly packed -- light brown sugar
1	dash	salt
1/3	cup	jack daniels whiskey
1/3	cup	pecan halves -- or marshmallow

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings, but be careful, everyone will want seconds!
