Preparation:
Combine Basic Cookie Mix with egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well blended. Add chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.
Drop prepared cookie dough by teaspoonfuls, approximately 2 inches apart, on well-greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350 oven 12 to 15 minutes. Remove with spatula to cooling rack.
Variations: Add 1/2 to 1 cup of uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking rolled oats and/ or 1/2 cup raisins and/or 1/2 cup shopped nuts. Be creative! |
