Preparation:
Makes 2 dozen bars
1. Beat eggs thoroughly; gradually beat in sugar.
2. Sift together flour and baking powder; add to egg and sugar mixture.
3. Add vanilla, chocolate syrup, walnuts and dates; beat together.
4. Spread mixture in greased 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch baking pan; bake in preheated 350 F. oven 25 minutes.
