Ingredients:

4 ounces dry mustard
2 cups sugar
6 large egg
 

Preparation:

combine vinegar and mustard-mix well allow to stand for 60-90 minutes combine vinegar mixture, sugar, and eggs in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame heat and whisk until thickened remove from heat and allow to cool cover and chill for 2-48 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
