Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup -- smash veggies
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup onions -- chopped
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 large egg -- slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and form into loaf. Bake in 350 oven for approximately 90 minutes.
