Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil and
soat the foil with nonsitck cooking spray. Place ham in the roasting
pan.
In a large bowl, combine maple syrum, marmalade and mustart; mix well.
Add potatoes and toss, coating completely. Place potatoes around the
ham and coat the ham on all sides wht the remaining maple syrup
mixture. Bake 1+3/4 to 2 hours or until ham is golden and potatoes are
fork-tendered, basting with the pan juices every 30 minutes. |
