Prosciutto is a type of Italian ham cured by a special drying process,. Cut melon in half. Scoop out seeds and fibers. Cut each half lengthwise into 6 wedges and remove rind. Cut each melon wedge into 6 pieces. Wrap each piece in strips of prosciutto. Secure with wooden picks.
