Preparation:
Make stuffing mix according to package directions, decressing water by
1/4- cup: stir in 1/4-cup preserves. Spoon stuffing into ungreased
1-quart casserole. Brown pork chops in oil over medium heat. Arrange
pork chops and peaches over stuffin. Spoon remaining 1/4-cup preserves
over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or
until pork chops are tender. Garnish with parsley. |
