Preparation:
Combine beef and garlic-mix well shape into 3/4-inch diameter balls place into a skillet, over a moderate flame brown well on all sides drain well on paper towels combine chili sauce and jelly in a skillet, over a medium flame heat and stir until well blended add meatballs, heat and stir until well coated serve hot, skewered on a platter or in a chafing dish |
