Preparation:
1. Combine chiles and cheeses in a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixer bowl process until smooth and well blended. Pour over cheese mixture.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, twist pan 1/4 turn bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until set in center.
4. Cool on a rack for 15-20 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve warm or at room temperature. |
