Preparation:
Combine flour, salt, and garlic salt cut in butter, until crumbly stir in sour cream-mix well stir in chiles and cheese shape into a ball wrap in plastic and chill 4-12 hours, until firm on a floured board, rollout to a thickness of 1/4-inch cut into 1" shapes place on an ungreased cookie sheet bake @ 375 degrees for 14-18 minutes, until puffed and golden serve hot, warm, or at room temperature |
