Preparation:
Combine apples and molasses in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes on medium heat. Cool slightly. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide ingredients into 2 9-inch greased cake pans. Bake at 350ΓΈ for 45 - 50 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 16 - 20 servings. Wonderful with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping! |
