Preparation:
Lightly brown onion and garlic in oil in large saucepan. Add ground beef or turkey and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, add oil. Arrange in shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish, making three layers each of noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
