Preparation:
Insert slivers of garlic and rosemary into roast. Brown on all sides. Add onion to brown. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 3 1/2 hours uncovered. Taste for seasoning. Add more seasoning if needed. Thin with canned bouillon. |
