Preparation:
For Crust:
Combine flour, brown sugar and butter in medium bowl; press onto bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350F degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
For Cheesecake Topping:
Melt morsels in microwave for about 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth; cool.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in small mixer bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in evaporated milk and melted chocolate. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350F degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature; chill until firm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into squares. |
