Preparation:
Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff. Add 1/3 cup sugar. Beat yolks. Add 2/3 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and soda. Add melted chocolate; fold in egg whites. Pour onto waxed paper in flat pan; bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, lay on wet towel; roll. When cold, spread with 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip; roll back up. Cover with chocolate sauce. |
