Preparation:
Preheat oven at 180° C (356 F). Mix butter and sugar till foamy. Add egg
yolks, one at a time, and blend well. Keep egg whites in a separate bowl.
Add flour, coconut powder, milk and baking powder melted in milk. Whip egg
whites and add to dough, blending gently. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Garnish: spread with sugar syrup and then with coconut powder. Serve cold. |
