Ingredients:

brown sugar |

walnuts |

canned pineapple slices |

one egg cake batter -- see separate recipe |

Preparation:
In a medium sized frying pan melt butter. Remove from stove and sprinkle the brown sugar, nuts and pineapple over the bottom of the pan. Over this pour a one-egg cake mixture. Bake in a rather slow oven (about 325 F) 30 minutes. Turn out on plate so that the nuts and pineapple will be on top. Serve with whipped cream. |
