Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream sugar and soft margarine. Add cocoa, eggs, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Alternate flour mixture, buttermilk and coke with the sugar mixture. Add marshmallows.
Pour into well greased 9X13-inch baking dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.
Brown pecans in butter. Add cocoa and powdered sugar. Stir in 1/3 cup coke. Spread over cooled cake. |
