Preparation:
*use juice too
Put in mixing bowl the cake mix, jello powder, and flour. Add the eggs, water and oil and mix well. Last fold in the berries. Bake in greased and floured large flat pan or 2 small loaf pans or 3 layers. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes. Can use raspberries or sour cherries, using raspberry or cherry jello.
Icing:
Mix together melted butter, powdered sugar and strawberries. |
