Preparation:
Dip veal into egg mixed with sour cream, then into mixture of flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, pecans and sesame seeds. Melt butter In shallow pan in hot oven (400F). Remove pan from oven. As coated pieces of veal are placed in pan, turn to coat with butter. Bake in single layer for 30 min- utes. Turn; bake 30 minutes more. If meat cannot be served immediately, reduce heat and baste with melted butter. |
