Preparation:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL and STIR TILL BLENDED. CUT EACH TOFU
CROSSWISE INTO FOUR SLICES, PLACE IN MIXTURE AND MARINATE FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR. COAT A WOK OR SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY THEN PLACE OVER A MEDIUM HEAT, COOKING UNTIL HOT. REMOVE TOFU SLICES FROM MARINADE AND ADD TO HOT SKILLET. COOK FOR 2 MINS. ON EACH SIDE TILL BROWN. REMOVE AND KEEP WARM, ADD REMAINDER OF MARINADE TO SKILLET, SIMMER AND SERVE OVER TOFU ON A BED OF PASTA ,CHINESE NOODLES OR RICE. |
