Preparation:
Cut away fat and flour meat. Put into pan or roast pan, uncovered at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from pan; discard all grease. Reset oven at 300 degrees. Add water to the soup mix. Return meat to pan and cover with soup mixture. Cover pan tightly. Bake until tender. Add noodles stirring into broth. Cover again. Cook until done About 2 hours. |
