Preparation:
Firts heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and garlic
with the meat until the meat is brown and sealed and the onion is soft.
Pop in the mushrooms and sage and fry gently for 1 minute.
Then place the Bisto Granules into a measuring jug and add the boiling
water, stirring well. Pour into the mixture, cover and simmer gently for
20 minutes. Finally, remove from the heat and stir in the soured cream.
Gently heat through and serve on a bed of rice with vegetables of your
choice. |
