Preparation:
Boil spare ribs until tender, seperate meat and broth. Saute garlic
in little oil then add spareribs , when brown add broth of rib ( just
enough level to cover the meat. Remove the scram when boiling. add
Kikkoman, chili powder, korean paste ( heaping) , sugar, ginger juice,
pepper.let boil and and sesame oil, carrot, green bell pepper, onion and
the toasted sesame seed. Simmer in pot and serve while hot. |
