Preparation:
Heat 4 T oil in wok. Cook beef over hot flame until rare. Do not overcook.
Set aside on warm plate. Heat additional 2 T oil and add garlic, ginger and
scallion. Stir fry for about one minute. Add beef, mushrooms and snow peas
and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Meat should be medium rare. Add MSG, pepper,
Hoisin sauce and soy sauce and mix well. Serve at once. |
