Sooz's Teriyaki Shish Kabobs

Serves: 4 - 6
 

Ingredients:

2 pounds beef -- cubed
1 cup light brown sugar -- firmly packed
2/3 cup catsup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 pounds ground chuck
1 package onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs -- fresh
2 whole eggs
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and pour into freezer container. Freeze. When thawed skewer meat with vegies. Baste with marinade while grilling.
