ANNE AND BILL'S APPLE OATMEAL BREAD

Ingredients:

1/2	cup	Old fashioned rolled oats
5/8	cup	Water
1/2	cup	Unsweetened applesauce
2 3/4	cups	Bread flour
1 1/2	teaspoons	Salt
2	tablespoons	Brown sugar
1 1/2	tablespoons	Nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2	tablespoons	applesauce*
1/3	cup	Raisins
1	teaspoon	Ground cinnamon
1 1/2	teaspoons	Yeast*

Preparation:

Place in bread pan. Select light crust setting. *Welbilt/Dak 1 1/2 pound machines take 2 teaspoons. Recipe calls for 1 1/2 T butter...I use applesauce. Hold back some water to begin with. Did not use raisin setting. Flavor outstanding. Very moist, but not soggy. 1 1/2 lb. loaf - Bread Machine Magic
