Preparation:
Take the trimmed meat and dust it lightly with flour, pound with a meat
mallet to tenderize and even out the thickness of the meat. (You don't
have to use flour, it just thicks the juices without using cornstarch).
Brown the meat in the oil and remove the crockpot. Add onions the meat
dripping and scrap bottom of pan. Add the drippings and onion the
crockpot and add can of tomatos. Cook on Low 8 hours, or 5 hours on
high. The sauce makes great gravy and the meat will fall apart |
