Preparation:
Place seasoned cut up chicken, ham, pork chops or rabbit in the crockpot. Pour a little of your favorite barbecue sauce over each piece. Add no water. Cover and cook until done...about 8 hours on low setting. When done, put cooked meat on a heat-proof platter and pour sauce and drippings over top. Place under the broiler for 5 minutes or so, until glaze is browned. |
