Preparation:
Pre heat oven to 190C. Grease a 2lb loaf tin. Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir together to form a soft dropping consistency. Spoon into a loaf tin. Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer when inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. |
