Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix pizza crust mix and hot tap water and set aside to rest, about 5 minutes. Knead on floured surface 4 or 5 times until dough becomes easy to handle and springy. Divide dough into 24 balls and roll each ball into 4 inch oblong roll. Twist each roll and place on cookie sheet that has been greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. Cover and let rest for 1 hour. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt or other seasonings. Makes 24 bread sticks. |
