Preparation:
melt butter in a small skillet, over a medium flame add scallions, garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt heat and stir for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat press 2 pieces of dough together, to make a square rollout into a 9-inch square spread with half of onion mixture sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese rollup as for a jelly roll cut into 1/2-inch slices place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet repeat with remaining dough, onion mixture, and cheese bake @ 375 degrees for 6-9 minutes, until golden serve hot, warm, or at room temperature |
